I am in inner Melbourne so a long way from 'dubvegas' as you call Dubbo, which is about as different to Las Vegas as is possible (as is boring BrisVegas).
The BOM site only shows light drizzle/showers around Boggabri in northwest NSW, with a 'possible storm' predicted for Saturday 23 October 2021 in locations such as Moree and Gunnedah, but apart from that only one day of showers in areas like Dubbo and much further south, Wagga Wagga in the seven day forecast.
I assume you are referring to our 'friend' La Nina that from my limited knowledge isn't helpful to harvests.
