So based on the above article from PVDM, we are probably safe to assume we should expect to see these applications out in the wild in 2022. How many will be solved by Akida? From the looks of a few of them, we have obviously heard of them before or seen them in presentations/interviews.

looking forward to 2022. Here is a list:

1. refrigerators that can smell if any food is about to go off to prevent food poisoning
2. washing machines that monitor waste water for pollutants
3. TVs that understand our voice commands
4. cars that recognize their drivers and make sure the driver is awake and paying attention
5. hand-held medical diagnostic monitors that detect diseases from a single breath
6. smarter ADAS that continues to learn and become a better driver with experience
7. more use of AI in industrial sensing to create a safer work environment.
