It seems that AIM investors in CFU do not have a vote at the EGM. It could be that the offer to Europeans could be excluded on the funding vote if the majority of Oz shareholders decide to change it that way. I hope that you Aussies will not exclude us for whatever reason. Its an outside chance but stranger things have happened. I for one will be hoping for a one for one take up in my application. I have a great feeling about this company and, apart from the bad luck(yes I mean that) with the investments, management has performed almost flawlessly. I wish I could say the same for some of the other companies I have invested in.
