Yes, NDA is standard business practice but is only used as required. It follows that in order to have a valid NDA between companies there must be something that one or both parties do not wish to be disclosed.
Now I can understand a company like say Apple, Valeo, NASA, Mercedes having hundreds, no thousands of current NDA with all manner of suppliers and technology licencing partners. What I struggle to understand is why BRN is bound by 500+ NDA - help us all out here with your special insights......will ya champ?
