...if it's not capital raise?...where do you get the shares then...I get it you get the money for free...that's why you call it a capital call...just because the shares were allocated before & sold now does not mean that they came for free....
... to educate you ......well to do that you need to do several things one is you don't raise money at the bottom of the Co SP..& the other is when the Co is in the doldrums waiting on some contracts that don't even exist ...
is that smart from the CEO...
