@dolci What takes precedence? A contract with a big name is signed with a NDA clause. Does the ASX demand Brainchip declare? Hardly.
What happens when ARM or MegaChips or Valeo or Cerence sign a big contract with say, a major car company, and Brainchip are aware of it but as we are a component of the bigger picture (although that car company signed on because of our superior product) once again, will the ASX demand we declare?
