I don't think ''scam'' is fair to describe Brainchip.
If it was a scam, we would not have been able to partner with the likes of ARM, Intel etc. and have IP deals with couple of companies.
As to the management who run the ship, well, I am not sure how I'd describe them, but they are for sure milking this cow as much as possible even though they fully know the cow's not ready to be milked.
