Hi Fact Finder, in order to follow a hidden profile you need to either:
Desktop : Hover over their avatar with your cursor, before pressing "follow" in the little menu that appears (this works every time without fail);
Mobile: Long-press their avatar, before tapping "follow" in the menu that appears once in every 20-30 attempts (might be easier with small fingers)
