Can't believe that you are having so much of a hassle for something that is only going to be 10 minutes work max.
Took me longer to travel to the studio near me than it did for the work.
I'll bet if you wanted a back job done they would start on you straight away.
Maybe you should try just rocking up in person and ask them to do it in their lunch break.
