I know it's buying from institutions.
Many have sold portions of there holding in the hopes of a pull back or have finally taken profits which is good on them.
Institutions well buy up the shares now and then place a re rate with a target and start a new base for the stock and any future investors they have the ability to sway values more then we know.
I believe they are going to load up and prep BRN to be listed in the NASDQ as that's where they will make huge $$$ of it. IMO
