I suggest you go read what happened to Segway.
Chinese companies, with the backing of the CCP, blatantly stole Segway tech. Segway naturally launched legal action against the Chinese pilferers.
the Chinese based Segway knock off company, having grown so rich from servicing the Chinese market, simply bought Segway.
and their legal problems went away.
so how long before a Chinese company reverse engineers this tech and does the same?
