10. The Ford AKIDA technology assumptions,
11. The LDA Capital $15 million strategic capital call,
12. The appointment of Pia Turcinov as Non Executive Director. and
13. The full Commercialisation of AKD1000 with the commercial release for sale of the AKIDA Mini PCle Board today,

ADDED to the $1.50 fair value as calculated by Pitt Street Research before all of the above took place????
