In the sense that even if you think BRN is a death trap for those who go short, it doesn't mean there should be some magical short exclusion zone around placed around BRN.
Although on second read I may have misinterpreted what you meant. If you're saying that hotcopper/social media forums is not "their place", in that case I agree with the sentiment but in practice I don't really think it can be avoided.
