An all or nothing decision doesn't have to be made, and don't seek perfection. Take 20% out. Then if it retreat to $1.40 you'll feel better, if it keeps soaring, even better. Make exit plans for the future too, rip 10% out @ $3 etc... Or if you're holding to $50, do it and bury any insecurities.
