Hi BS, I have just had this same discussion with my little brother earlier this evening about this article.
It sounded very similar to what you have written.
I think this article, no doubt paid for, by some unknown institution was timed to help facilitate the sell off.
Interestingly in a news.com article this evening about the ASX crash, when it referenced the Tech side it referenced Brainchip only. So it seems that maybe it could be interpreted that in some media outlets BRN is now front and centre of the Australian tech stocks.
