You only need to look at the power specs. The lowest which is one chip runs at 75 watts. (This will need external cooling so add in running an air conditioner of flights to Iceland)
75 watts would run a minimum of 300 AKD1000 chips without the need for external cooling.
You clearly need to take a couple of weeks and read and watch everything on the Brainchip website under Learn.
Once you have done that come back with your questions.
