True. That I believe was in large part due to the adoption of MS Office and their server side (NT) business coming into prominence in that period, which brings me to another point... Intel's R& D budget, like other tech giants Alphabet, MS, etc encompass many existing and future product lines, so it's unfair to compare these mammoth budgets like Intel's with Brainchip's which is solely focused on neuromorphic processors.
