I think it is not only the 4C (which wasn't surprising to many I guess), but also the news on Australia Day yesterday of hiring a new CMO. This would also turn a few heads seeing he has pedigree working at IBM plus many others. For me this also signals another puzzle fitting piece for full commercialisation as you don't need a Sales and Marketing head if you are just in development.
Brainchip did announce they were in full commercialisation, but backing it up with a good signing shows Mr.Market we mean business.
