Not necessarily.
A company embarking on incorporating AI into a current or a future product may not wish their competitors to even get a hint that they are working on it. The ASX guidelines regarding continuous disclosure obligations includes the caveat that companies do not have to make a disclosure if by doing so they are in contravention of a legal obligation.
BRN would be shouting it (all of the companies they are engaging with) from the tree tops - if they could.
