Apologies if this has been discussed already, but an article from Jan 3rd 2022 talking about Mercedes new concept vehicle caught my eye. They mention Akida (without saying its name), but what i really liked was the next paragraph:

Many of its features and developments are already being integrated into production, including the next generation of the MMA – the Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture for compact and medium-sized cars.

So we can potentially see Akida being deployed into the next production run of Mercedes Benz compact and medium sized cars.
The article provides a very detailed analysis of the Mercedes concept cars energy consumption and the lengths Mercedes has gone to to conserve power. Energy saving is the common theme. Akida is a pro at saving energy. Link to article below:
