2 PDVM and Anil. (We have a total genius powerhouse)

3. A company does not move into larger offices nor do they recruit copious new staff members without due reason.

3.1. BRN is totally aware of overheads / costings / nor do they spend monies / waste in unnecessary manners, nor are they calling for more capital raises from shareholders.

4 PATENTS , are difficult to be granted nor are they easily acquired.

4.1 Numerous patents have already been granted to BRN also many other are awaiting the green tick.

5. BRN are the ones that have developed the technology.

5.1. BRN does not produce the final product to market/ consumer.

We have such an incredible team at BRN and the amount of work that goes on behind closed doors is immense, I have full confidence in our amazing , elite ,astute team..

6.1. EAP (Early Access Programme) - paying “household name” companies have been engaged with Brainchip for the best part of two years - I suspect that this will be the year that they become customers. The programme partners these companies with a small Brainchip team, Akida and their own application. Modifications to Akida have been realised as a direct result of this programme.

6.1. We know that NASA are in the EAP, but who else? The company has admitted that a “large South Korean” electronic manufacturer (Samsung??!) is in the programme, but the company has stated on numerous occasions that the concealed identity of these organisations via NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) is critical to the ongoing relationships. big boys don’t waste time and money if they are not serious.

7. Renesas has been a material customer for over 12 months now. 2022 should see the Application of Akida released to the market.

8. The company has stated on numerous occasions how 2022 will be exciting. They know about timing and who they have engaged with them - will this be the year of mass commercialisation of Akida?
