Have you actually clicked on the ClinicalTrials.gov link? If you did, you would see the following:
You will see the Recruitment status is listed as: Not yet recruiting. This usually means the trial has not started yet.
Some posters here were still in doubt, so they emailed Nanose directly. Nanose responded by saying this study was terminated, as you can see in the link below.
