Takeover attempts are not succesful always. This has been discussed before, but our founders, management and LTH have a good say here.
It can cause a re-rate for the share price also. Imagine if they tried for one formally, company has to announce it to the market.
Instant re-rate. And seeing we have plenty of shorts atm, this would get ridiculously fired up and some of the predictions would look miniscule. My opinion only.
