Sydney – 17 March 2022 - BrainChip Holdings Ltd (Company) (ASX:BRN), the leading neuromorphic computing company, advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 May 2022 at 11:00 am (Sydney time).In accordance with the Company’s constitution, nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received by the Company not later than 35 business days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by close of business in Sydney on 30 April 2022). Nominations must be in writing and include the nomination and the consent of the individual nominated.Further details of the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.This announcement is authorised for release by the BRN Board of Directors.
