There is no doubt now that the company that controls AI in the future will literally control the world...and of course Putin strongly believes this.
That's why Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Musk are actively changing their focus in the background towards AI...they all are pumping billions into the AI space. Just came across an interesting article, not sure if it's been posted:

Several things I took away from this article.
1/ Brainchip has already gained brand recognition in the AI space. If Brainchip is talked about among the likes of Apple and Amazon, then I know this company is going somewhere big!
2/ There will be either a rivalry between cloud based and edge based AI or likely an amalgamation between the two and as Sean suggests by 2025, AI will be 75% edge based and 25% cloud based. I'm no tech expert but this makes logical sense...children (i.e, AI gadgets) ideally function on their own with only occasional guidance by their parents (i.e, cloud feedback control). Also it certainly makes sense from a cyber security perspective to have AI mainly processed at the edge and only occasionally feedback to the cloud.
3/ Amazon has already captured 33% of the cloud market because of first mover advantage...so I predict a similar first mover advantage for Brainchip in neuromorphic edge AI.
4/ Neuromorphic edge AI is like putting a "brain" into gadgets. Even though Brainchip sell it's IP to microprocessor design companies to incorporate it into gadgets, the influence of Brainchip will not just stop there. It's not like Brainchip will just earn their royalties and that's it. How I look at it is that Brainchip's IP is the "brain" and companies like ARM and Megachip are companies that will form the connections to use this brain in specific gadgets. Brainchip will still be the father of that "brain" and for the maintenance and update of that "brain", Brainchip will still need to be consulted. This is why having the right patents in place is very important and I'm sure Peter, the master of all future Akida "brains", is not silly enough to just allow another company like ARM or Megachip to have full uncontrolled access to all of Brainchip's IP without Brainchip's input. Therefore this makes the situation much different than anything in the past, so calculating royalties is not as straight forward as one may think. It's not like ARM sell a certain number of chips to Apple but then has no further influence in Apple's product...not sure whether people can see this difference when it comes to edge AI chips. The creator of the "AI brain" (Brainchip) will be as powerful as the creator of the connections (ARM/Megachip) and the creator of the gadgets (Apple/Nintendo/Mercedes/NASA)!
When it comes to AI, you have to think laterally. Again all IMO. Next week might be a blood bath on the stock market, so stay cool. I know I will take the opportunity to load more on certain stocks on discount including Brainchip of course.
