requires equity injection?!?

According to an article the in SMH CER may require an equity injection!?...

"Centro is also exposed to movements in interest rates and changes in the broader economy affecting property fundamentals and consumer spending. We continue to believe that Centro needs to sell assets to pay down debt and strengthen its balance sheet enough to comfort its lenders.

"It must also get an equity injection from a third party (potentially having debtors convert a portion of holdings into a hybrid security). An equity injection would likely be done at a deeply discounted price, diluting existing unit holders."
