Despite the significant price drop from its peak, BRN incredibly still has a market cap of $1 billion with no material revenue and operates in a fiercely competitive sector. You might see the hold as frustrating but some might argue holders are very lucky the share price has not dropped considerably further given the fundamentals.

In my view, the share price continues to be propped up in part, as a result of gullible and vulnerable retail holders believing all the frenzied ramping carried out on social media and stock market forums that BRN is their ticket to untold wealth.
