    who would have an incentive to cap this? For what purpose?

    usually capping is about options expiring but who’d write call options for a random aussie microcap?

    the only thing I can imagine is if some entity was looking to acquire a large amount and was trying to interfere in price action on “good” days to stop it going on a massive run, while purchasing when it’s retracing.

    I dunno if that would even really be effective, I guess the strategy itself would be generating some profit while its running but it still sounds far fetched
