Unfortunately WB's wisdom is largely lost on an internet trading forum ...
but the principle remains much the same most fortunes are made buying and holding with dividends usually playing quite a big part and often reinvested, also in many cases adding to what you already have over time, in his particular case he mainly buys into brands and is very fond of insurance companies.
He once said most of his money has been made by waiting..
Most retirement funds have a similar approach so it frees up some pocket money to try a bit of trading / gambling and the majority of those traders use charts, trading is a very bi-polar way of investing and can be seen in these forums on a daily basis as the shareprices move around and emotions follow...I doubt WB loses much sleep over day to day shareprices.
Getting back to AGY it has shown all the signs or a well managed Company that will likely continue to grow over time, its biggest weakness is currently its biggest strength , it is a one commodity stock and its shareprice will be very sensitive to its price actions, increasing production will help make up for squeezed margins..but its certainly not a WB type of stock he entered the Lithium/ EV space through BYD a few years ago...
