The markets at the present time are not for the faint hearted & an exit strategy is a must.

I try to write my posts in a way that makes people think about why I say something and not just what I say.

I want people to think about how we got to the latest price point in time on the chart AND who was influencing that journey to get that result.

I am a big believer that charts can predict the future to varying degrees.
I am also a believer that chart patterns are driven by the major individual participants & that they leave their dirty footprints everywhere in plain sight on the chart but the fingerprints are hidden behind the numbers in the data.

I try to draw my charts so that people can see what happened in the past when the price, indicators, trends, supports etc were doing their thing & if those things are happening again now what is a potential outcome if they do it again.

I include statistics that are not normally considered in TA & my views on them to try & verify the involvement of all those entities that influence the sp. These include gaps, short data, volume & net volume etc.

I draw my charts to try & show the past influences of the market participants and the footprints they leave. The stats are providing the potential for the future movements if we can just interpret them

I also try & give an unbiased view without it being seen as advice, of the potential outcomes when our expectations are not met & the sp does the unthinkable.
It is the unthinkable that I really want people to consider along with the usual blinkered views we all have from time to time about our favorite stocks.
That is when your plan comes into play.

You are correct. Trading is definitely not what it used to be.
Trading is tough & I no longer bother but with a reasonable knowledge & understanding of what you are up against, a good plan, some modest analytical skills & deep pockets it does not have to be that hard or stressful.

In no way was I being disrespectful or disparaging. I've looked at your charts and I agree, but in the Li space is volatility, add in more World market volatility, it's not for the faint hearted.
The Li, RE curve ain't changing anytime soon, but at every opportunity theres a tree shake, I dont want to see stolen acorns, yeah. Last 3 -6 months seein lots of unknown names popping up, pushing agendas, Wow, another layer of complexity!
I just hold not trade no more, too time & mentally taxing. Belief in the fundamentals and future is more worthwhile. Stay Above the Curve!
