Just mailed my proxy voting form off.
Voted no to items 3 to 6.- Incentive performance rights.
I voted for the other incentive rights - 7) we will dig 12 holes in the next six months, 8) we will get the SP to 30 cents in the next six months. 9) We will do a better job at answering shareholder questions and, 10) we will make sure we keep shareholders ar updated with operations and stick to timelines.
Oh....sorry.....7 to 10 were for another company - I just got confused.
