Being a scientist and an engineer plus 52 years in coal industry, I find it sad that a majority of Aussies have been fooled and think that mere humans are or can alter the course of climate change. It is all going to end up sad but I will not be alive to witness the failure.
The oceans have risen 100 metres in the last 8,000 years and the quantity of vulnerable ice is largely deleted. The rise in ocean is quite restricted in capacity.
I support renewables that are reliable and economical.
Silly money that is being wasted could be used to prepare for the 0.5 metres ocean rise that may happen is next 100 years.
