I'm laughing to myself about the 1P/2P/cashflow side of things. Reserves are estimates of volume of producible gas. There is 100PJ of 2P sitting there - that is,100PJ where there is a 50% to 90% chance that the stated volume can be recovered.

Cashflow is flow rates, quantity is reserves. If we want to get into semantics around 1P/2P the key difference is the field volume that can be produced commercially. The only issue with 2P is that field life might not be as long as stated...but there is 20+ years of gas sitting there with a 50 to 90% chance that the volume stated is recoverable.

    Mountain. Mole hill.

Chuck in a GSA and a small amount of production and the 1P will sort itself.
