Costings WILL increase sharply compared to prior studies, and the availability of construction staff , alongside the required commodities,which will be difficult, unless borders are opened with fluidity. ( Including port access, worldwide.

All mining and construction interests are currently affected in WA, so it won't be a surprise.
Any BFS figures prior, likely needs another 30% added to the bottom line.

The positive thing is that, as the results so far are very encouraging, and that much of the financial interests are likely in place, the company is moving further ahead than it's current competition.

I know a lot of time during the JV MOU was spent forecasting costings which added time to the agreement being reached and the comment was made that budgeting to build a house in these times is a difficult task with supply chain issues let alone a full scale plant - fingers crossed they got closer than 30% off - on a positive you would have to expect phase 1 to come in under budget without needing the forth run ….. hopefully that follows with the other two phases
