    What one of the risks here with this stock is its current share price...and over the next couple of years the executive and management awarding themselves shares...and so averaging down the cost base of their holdings such that when a takeover is announced they accept a low ball offer.. say 30 or 40 cents... This would piss me off...how can shareholders prevent this! - cheers
