Opportunity costs unfortunately the co moves slowly and ensures their I's are dotted and T's crossed before making any announcements. It causes us shareholders to get extremely frustrated and some move on. When this does move, it's going to run hard and fast. Those that got bored and moved on will be kicking themselves.

Idea is an absolute no brainer. The industry is about to go nuts with all the carbon targets for 2030 and beyond. The building industry takes years to get things done, 2030 isnt that far away. I foresee this being a billion + co in the next few years and i suspect Lendlease see the opportunity and hence why they've seeded John Downes onto the Clearvue Board.

All of this is my opinion and i know some will disagree however i'm willing to sit and wait on this rocket ship to early retirement.
