It is major infrastructure work that I am thinking about. There is 'noise' about a complete and major infrastructure upgrade being required to future proof the vast northern region. Work that could take years to formulate and complete. It seems to me that if that does in fact happen it could be of an hitherto unparalleled scale. Of course its also possible a 'patch up' solution may also be undertaken.
