The foo foo is a very delicate release gland designed to save lives by being the weak point for a release of steam in a very strung out investor, but where if the pressure is too great, will result in bodily explosion - known as blowing a foo foo valve.
Whereas, the hoo-ha is confined to MSB and whilst the hoo-ha largely develops as a result of rumours without any basis in fact by way of posters expectations growing into an MSB frenzy, can also occur with an actual announcement, but which is then blown out of all proportion into a similar MSB frenzy.
Very different things.
