Time for a timeline update.
on 3rd Oct MSB announced it had submitted new data to the IND file, being a major milestone in the complete response to the CRL issued by the FDA.
My take is that it is up to the FDA to decide if this is a Complete Response or not, MSBs'' release that they have responded, and are now waiting for confirmation weather it was complete or not, supports this.
They would not know if their response was complete, until the FDA accept it.
As other indicated, it is likely a 30 or 15 day response time. We should know by 15th Oct.... or 30 Oct
