Totally relate to your perspective Zieb…..after the subsequent delay of 2.5 years and the abysmal
Routing of the SP …..it is a huge challenge for LT who are rusted on to continually maintain an upbeat vibe. A couple of ‘green shoots’ for me …firstly …the FDA allowed MESO to administer Ryoncil to GVHD children in the absence of SOC. This has formed an extra bank of viable data that wasn’t there in 2020. Secondly, given that MESO was able to administer Ryoncil & Rem-L in trials free from CH or PCH gives me some hope of an EUA this time around ?
