For those wondering how big the Magic Database is, at current numbers it is bigger than 100% of patients for the entire year, for the entire country of the USA. That is - they compared the MSB results with a full 12+ month USA wide patient load , and the results for those with the worst prognosis ( up to 30 percent survival), treated with MSB cells, had over 60% survival. That was between 1 and 2 years worth of the entire patients in the entire USA they were compared against.
These non holders..... are somehow suggesting those results are not good enough for approval because not enough children died in the control arm, and that MSB should run another trial, because comparing against the entire year USA patient load is not enough..... ARE YOU KIDDING US..
Can you name another drug that was tested against the entire country load worth over a 12 month period...... Fire away.
