Well I am the first to admit I am not able to spot and be 100% convinced of the manipulation but i can 100% spot and be convinced of all the undelivered objectives by PAA.
So perhaps the algo is at work. Management have been alerted by many it appears. And yet again they appear to do nothing. Again, nothing in shareholders interests. Yet another indictment of poor leadership surely.
We can't win either way with this bunch!
