Whilst I don't dispute the sentiment, particular in bringing shareholders along for the ride with transparency and context of each key discussion, it my understand that item 1) PAR_008 has become subject to revised monitoring post commencement. Simply explaining this change in protocol would have been construction and likely remove some of the suspicion of misadventure. I'm personally questioning the merits have holding back on any proposed OA deal until PAR_008 given it only informs of possible DM.
