They are running a week or so behind in shipping is my guess before the last 2 days of bad weather.
As they have been mining 63-65kt more than they have been shipping for the last 2 qtrs I would guess the original plan was to cease mining before xmas and maybe continue shipping until the end of the month.
Another boat or not is any ones guess.
I am of the opinion an extra one was originally planned.
Doesn't mean it will arrive.
