No they don’t, if they are not material the MD can (and often does) in the best interests of the company not release them.
They must release a price sensitive high grade assay. The difference is in exploration most holes are duds so they are just par for the course and in most cases they learn as much from a miss as you do a hit.
Its pretty simple no news is not good news, so its bad news.
