HP will not own anymore than 19.9% of the company and currently they own about 13%.

Which means HP will cornerstone the next raise but AP will need to find other investors to fund the rest. If HP does not participate You ARE ALL IN BIG TROUBLE.

Gold Sector has little interest in it at the moment.

AP will be forced to undertake a placement at a big discount to last trading price. Possibly -20%. Doesn't matter whether or not he or anyone agrees this is a fair price. It is what the market will want to pay.

Even if the SP somehow gets pumped to 50c and a CR called. a -20% discount would mean raise would be at 40cents and when the flippers start dumping (as they always do) SP will just get hammered down.

The major discount is just an incentive for punters to buy and flip for a pip. You guys should all know this.

But I don't think the SP will move.

RXL has burned alot of capital and yet to make a significant new discovery. Which obviously they were hoping to make one.

A discounted CR to the current SP between -10% to -20% would see the next CR at 27c or 30c.

That is what investors should be aware of.

Now ask yourself.... What expected ann in Q1 or even Q2 that you are expecting or that the company can put out that would see a big re-rate? What are the chances of a new significant discovery?

There are many.
