I'm an old data nerd, so I couldn't resist plotting the entries as they stand at the moment. I make it that there's been 68 entries, some that look really way out (see e.g. PeteDuck's estimate recently for DMT shipped, which I have nevertheless included in the 3rd chart below).
Whatever, here's a graphical representation of the entries. I have excluded those who think there will be a takeover. You'll note from the trendlines that entrants have been getting more optimistic as the competition goes on.
