12 months of full production and shareholders will be laughing all the way to the bank.
The company will have to capital raise in the future to institutions and shareholders maybe unless they sign off takes. Pension funds and government should finance COB. Strategically important supply to the West. I don’t know why they should be hesitant in making sure this project goes ahead. Think how much tax they will earn from COB profits.
