we probably wont need to raise if options converted.
if we can do a good deal that helps to fund us via offtake prepayment and debt, then dilution might remain minimal
considering the scale of potential in waste streams and licencing our processing IP, coupled with demand for ethical cobalt, this should be at least worth a few billion.
thats dollars per share.
