Quite the opposite.
Regal has sold 15,045,023 to 11,374,485 = 3670538 ( 3.6 mil ) As per the announcements. Their average, my guess will be in excess of 10c. ( 30c down ) They will cover now as much by buying from CR. By selling just a few now on market they scare the retail away so they can grab even those for them selves.
Now even if they sell these that they have newly acquired shares as well on market, their average sell will remain 10c.
Work it out.
Just think where they are paying for this new acquiring of shares at 5c ? From the funds they got when they sold on market 3.6 mil shares from 30c down. Your ( retail holders ) own money to shove down your throat again.
You think Regal has got no blessing from, you know who ??
